Disappointed! Made appt. for broken capillaries Lazer treatment. basic ly after beating around the bush for a long time she said she couldn’t do anything for me because I was using self tanner and maybe in the fall with no tan she could do. What!! First when I made an appt. Don’t you know this is a likely time of the year that people tan? 2nd no apology and more like this is normal ! Also had a skin procedure about 10 months ago spent 650. With no improvements or change at all (kept waiting to see some change they said won’t so full effects for a few months)when I told them about it at this appt. They said to bad you didn’t call us back then we can’t do anything now! No compensating or even suntan lotion. I’m done!!

Critical: ValueI had a micro laser peel in which I paid 875.00 , my first mistake . 2nd mistake as to not make sure of the microns used in the past ones (thought they had the notes ) . The treatment took 10 minutes ,total down time none, results maybe skin alittle brighter looking. I would give it that much . That’s all , all fine lines texture issues still in place . I was offered nothing for my dissatisfaction and it took 3 times calling and several emails to get a response. The price I feel did not fit the treatment. If your going to do 15 microns then charge less , 20 or higher charge more .
