My hairdresser, who I have been going to since 1994, unexpectedly broke her arm as my son and I were due for a new haircut. With her out for a month, we found Renew per recommendations. Even so, this was going to be a nerve wracking experience for us as change is not something that we enjoy. Originally, we were scheduled with Aimee but she became unavailable and we were moved to Reece. Every step of the way, the Salon kept in touch with me about our appointments: when Aimee couldn’t make it, verifying that we would be there at the new time in texts, and when Reece was running late and asked if we could come in later. Reece made my son feel at ease and was quite friendly. For a first time doing our hair, she did an admirable job. If we ever run into a fix again, we will be returning to Reece and it was so nice to find someone to back up our normal hairdresser. Kudos to the entire operation at Renew.

I’ve been a client at Renew for a little over a year. I was reccomended to see Heather Joyce by a friend of mine, and my hair has never looked better! I have thick/course/naturally wavy hair and Heather has not only cut my hair so artfully, but that in conjunction with her product reccomendations, which are always are spot on, has drastically reduced my frizz and accentuates my waves. The salon is spotless and everyone is so friendly! I also really appreciate the text reminders before my appointment.

I arrived on time for my 4:00pm appointment only to be greeted by a snotty response saying that my stylist went home because I did not confirm my appointment. I tried to explain to the front desk lady with the glasses and long black hair that I never received a text message or phone call from them to confirm my appointment but received texts and calls from other businesses and individuals. She then said she can either book me a different day or ask the stylist if one can do my hair. I asked if she could please ask them because the days she gave me did not line up with my schedule. She pushed herself from her chair and sighed very loudly as though she was annoyed with my request. She stomped back towards me and disrespectfully told me they couldn’t. They did not even call or communicate about my appointment and I was not aware that they cancelled. I even cancelled with a different stylist to go here because of the great reviews they received only to be treated disrespectfully.

I have been going to renew salon and spa for years and have never had a bad experience! All of the stylists are so talented, professional, and kind! The last several times I have gone, I saw Brittany and have been thrilled with the results each time! She is amazing at color/cuts, listens to what I’m looking for, helps give me ideas, and is super kind! It is so nice being able to trust my stylist and walking away with a smile each time! I highly recommend booking with Renew Salon and Spa!

I paid 20%down for my deposit. I explained that I take care of my disabled brother would it be a problem if I have to reschedule? I was told no problem , try to give 48 hours notice if possible to reschedule. My appointment was on Saturday and my Pastor passed on Thursday. I called on Thursday talk to the manager Amanda, and asked to reschedule. I was told NO!!! She was so COLD HEARTED, and took my deposit, if I wanted to come another day it would cost me more money!?!! I explain it was unexpected for my Pastor to pass away, she didn’t care. I lost my deposit. I know I have to forgive, It’s a shame their are heartless people who only care about money.
