Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis company is a complete fraud. I have been trying to get in touch with them, staying patient for months now. I would say about five months. I got my first set of hCG shots. Not only did they not work, I still have pain on my entire left side where it was last injected. It’s debilitating pain. I called them right away when I experience this for the first time. I was told by the receptionist that my nurse would call me back. To this day the nurse has not called me back. The receptionist told me to stop the injections until somebody was able to get back to me. I was also advised not to complete the lab work. To this day I have not heard from them.I called on another occasion, from a different phone number and they picked up and told me that the owner of the facility was gone on some training and she needed to address this. I’ve called numerous times after left messages to no avail.So half of my hCG was never given to me, I didn’t receive a refund for it either. This company is a complete fraud. I have been trying to get in touch with them, staying patient for months now. I would say about five months. I got my first set of hCG shots. Not only did they not work, I still have pain on my entire left side where it was last injected. It’s debilitating pain. I called them right away when I experience this for the first time.
