Wow! I have been to many spas which cost alot, and never ever have I gotten an EXCELLENT MASSAGE as I did today! First, everyone was so warm and welcoming from the time I made the appointment. Took my sister there today for her birthday, we both got an hour back massage and it was outstanding. The place is EXTRA CLEAN, room clean and bathroom spotless. Both masseuse were attentive and hands were magic a blessing! I could feel the pain released in my body, she found my sore stress spots without me telling. At times it was deep massage and it hurt a little, but that was needed to release any permanent pain.The hot stones at the end was breathtaking! We both left feeling relaxed, pain free and rejoicing.

Very positive experience. Had some lower back issues when on a work trip and stopped in 2 times. The only thing that bother me was that a dog was walking in and out of the room. Super friendly dog…. Just a little weird.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIt was the worst experience I’ve every had. They didn’t ask me what I wanted. Sent me to the room got upset when I wasn’t ready because I didn’t know what do after I told them I have never had a massage before. She used way to much pressure and laughed and continued in the same spot with the same persure after i asked her to stop. I told her that I hurt my neck and in that spot she used the point of her elbow with alot of pressure. At the end of it right before I just got up and walked out. She started pulling my hair. I can keep going. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I dont know what their problem was she also had somebody esle in the room they was speaking in a foreign language the whole time and laughed everytime I asked her to use less pressure.It was the worst experience I’ve every had.
