Definitely recommend this place, I got a hydro facial and I was able to tell the difference immediately. Skin is now very smooth, hydrated and glowing. Service was amazing from the min I walked in, Susanna did an amazing and I’ll definitely be back soon.

I went for their dermaplaning service. The aesthetician was knowledgeable and did a great job. After the dermaplaning service, she gave me a hydrating mask and red light therapy. They also give you a small gift if you’re a first-time customer. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had sticker shock when I went to pay. It cost over $200 but there are places in the city that I’ve gone to that cost half of that, and I get the same level of service, mask and light therapy additions. They don’t list out how much their services cost on their website so I assumed it would be similar pricing to the city, if not less considering it’s Queens. My mistake for not inquiring beforehand. Full transparency, I did get $10 off for writing a review but I want to be honest that I’m not sure this is a good bang for your buck (at least for dermaplaning) unless you’re looking for convenience within the neighborhood.

I went to Renew Asthetics for hydrafacial. This is not my first hydrafacial but it had been a while since I had a facial. Anyway I was really looking forward to it. Long story short the lady that did my facial was nice but honestly it was not good, really bad customer service very slap stick, I lay on the table in a tiny room and was over and done in 23 minutes and over $219 or something dollars later. This place is way over priced for what you actually do get. I’ve had better groupon facials. And I’m really sorry about writing this review but I’m over the ridiculous prices these places are charging and then gratuity on top of that. Please give people the service that Match the prices you charge.

My Sister and I recently read upon Renew Esthetics. We were SUPER impressed with the GREAT reviews. We decided to make a consultation. From arriving, we felt welcomed, warm and most of all comfortable. Ms. Alina walked us in and shortly after we met Ms. Idalis. Both, AWESOME LADIES! They explained each treatment and it’s process in full. They were honest and SUPER HELPFUL! You can definitely notice their level of knowledge and experience. It was refreshing being helped by someone who is truthful not just trying to empty your pockets. We had such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE and we will MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK TO CONTINUE OR JOURNEY!!
