5+ year patient here, Kelly is a great dermatologist but she is overshadowed but her rude, incompetent staff. Jesse just called and left me a message, threatening to send me to collections over $20 copay which she did not collect at the time of service. She said they mailed invoices, which were never received. (Jesse said they can’t be in control of the USPS and it wasn’t her responsibility to make sure I received the invoices.)(They use an outside company for their billing so she really has no idea.) They never emailed me regarding the balance, although they had my email address. Jesse said they couldn’t be bothered to email everyone with a balance and it was a “courtesy” to call me before sending me to collections. I have been a patient for 5+ years and she couldn’t be bothered….I will not be returning to this office EVER. I paid the amount and asked for a receipt by email, which was then received. If they had EVER emailed me an invoice, I’d have promptly paid it, but since they didn’t, this really unpleasant interaction took place. Jesse is the reason I will never return.

Dr.Kelly and her staff are wonderful. This was my first full skin exam and the whole process was very comfortable and educational. I’m impressed with how thorough the exam was. Dr.Kelly developed a proactive plan for me moving forward and educated me on how high country living can be very risky in terms of skin cancer. Do yourself a favor, be proactive with your health and make an appointment. My only regret is that I did not meet Kelly and her team earlier.

I absolutely love Renew Dermatology! Kelly does an amazing job. She is truly skilled at injections and manages to keep it natural looking. Save your time and money going to other places, just call Renew. She and her support staff have been nothing short of wonderful to work with. I have been going there for 2 years.
