I have had my gift certificate since Dec of 2021 I have yet to get an appointment for my services rendered. I have called , and went in multiple times to schedule an appointment and they NEVER HAVE AN appointment time for me. I am very disappointed at the customer service I have received. I would like a full refund Due to habitually putting me off and services are not being rendered I am demanding my money back. All $80 .

I have had Kybella, lip flip, and the non surgical BBL treatments. Each time I have been has been amazing. Everyone is so welcoming. The spa is clean and relaxing. I drive over 3 hours to this spa because the ones in my town don’t compare. I highly recommend the services offered.

Asked to leave credit card when scheduling due to if not on time or missed appointment. I sat there for 15-20 minutes and it seemed like a very short amount of actual relaxing time for the cost. It took less than half hour. 15 minutes I laid there wondering when someone would return and then it was over. So, overall disappointed . I thought facials were more involved.
