This was such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The owner was the first person I met and she was wonderful. Helped me with some of the products they offer in store. The young lady who did my massage, I think her name was Paula, but I was so relaxed I honestly forgot. But she was very good. Just a great atmosphere. 100% reccomend Renew.

The service throughout…. making a same day appointment….who happened to be the owner because she was there early for a client… to the staff on duty when I came through the door was professional and informative. The float room was elegant and clean. I would highly recommend this hour a relaxation.

I’ve had many massages over the years, and I must say that Shelby is outstanding! I’m a hairstylist, and with looking down and standing long hours, I need a massage at least once a month. She always knows what to do, and I’ve been seeing her for over a year. I highly recommend Renew to everyone I know! The environment is super relaxing, and they offer many great service additions like cupping and aromatherapy. They even have a float tank which is a must try for so many reasons. Check it out!

I got a 60 minute therapeutic massage from Justine. I felt comfortable the entire process from the check in all the way to the end of my visit. She worked with me and made sure i was comfortable and that more attention was given to my areas of concern (middle back, neck, etc.) The business itself is beautifully designed and clean. I will be booking another appointment soon 🙂

Had to change my review. Last massage I had was horrible. Heavy set girl is friendly and nice; however just put a bunch of cups on me and barely massaged me. I still gave her a decent tip, but won’t return again. It’s the second time she massaged me and the second time the massage was less than desirable. I miss Justine. She was an awesome massuese who wasn’t lazy.
