The gorgeous decor is also a bonus to look at— the style of Renew is nothing short of fabulous. I have had such a great experience there and such great results. Highly recommend!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI absolutely cannot praise Optimum Rejuvenation enough. Megan is wonderful and provides an extremely personalized experience. I was very hesitant at first, as I had never had any type of cosmetic procedure ever. I can honestly say now when I go in for a touch up or to get something done I am so at ease. I know I am in fantastic hands and tell her now, “whatever you think!” (In relation to any touch ups with my pout/fillers). She explains the process of everything in detail so you know what to expect. She also always checks in with you to see how you are doing periodically to ensure that her clients are satisfied. I don’t think that the majority of establishments have such a caring staff who encourage and facilitate open communication and strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. I will never go anywhere else after my experiences here. I feel like I am not just a client but an individual that is cared for and I believe, at the end of the day, that is what matters. I’m an esthetician and know how difficult it can be managing expectations. We made the appointment for only a consultation because I’ve gone to local places in the past for miscellaneous injections and wasn’t thrilled. She was so professional and gave me the best advice to get what I wanted and took her time for the best results. What I wanted was exactly what I got! It didn’t hurt a bit and she even numbed around my lips for an incredible lip flip! I’ll be back and will bring new referrals with me!I almost never leave reviews.
