Heather at the Northpark location is amazing! I’ve been to several all over Dallas and she is by far the best. She orders the preservative free for my injections and she’s skilled like no other, carefully placing each injection perfectly around my forehead. She’s literally the only one who has NEVER given me hooded eyes or dropped brows. She’s careful and meticulous! If you want perfection please do yourself a favor and go to Heather. She’s truly a gem!

Staff and management are extremely courteous the moment stepping into this beautiful establishment. During my treatment I was informed by the knowledgeable staff what was expected and carefully taken care of. This was my first experience of microneedling and was a little hesitant at first but honestly if it were not for Nora and Ashley’s spectacular customer care, I wouldn’t have left with truly amazing results. I had to get my filler dissolved because of migration and I’m so glad I went to Kelly! Not only is she great at what she does, she made the experience easy for me and as painless as she could. She was so patient and it made me feel better knowing that she was following the rules (not doing too much dissolver, waiting two weeks to check back before refilling, and gradually filling to avoid any future migration). I highly recommend going to her! Not to mention she’s the sweetest!

I love hydrafacials and typically get them every month. I hadn’t been in awhile and I booked one here at the North Park location. It was a great hydra facial, my skin was very clean and hydrated when I left and it still feels nice and fresh days later. I do like that they also are one of the only places I have been in the past two years who use steam which is very important for any facials and I am glad they are still doing it!! Hannah who did my facial was super nice and sweet and easy to talk to. I will say the room was pretty tiny and cramped, but it was nice and clean and my hydrafacial was great and their prices are fair.

From the owner Louise to Kelly this place is AMAZING!! Kelly is such a perfectionist. She will check every single angle to make sure that each side is symmetrical. She is so sweet and so good at her job. Since using Kelly I won’t let anyone else do my injections. Louise will do whatever she can to get you the best rates and will go out of her way to help you get rewards and discounts from the companies providing them with the product (Botox & juv’ederm) I can’t recommend them enough. I drive an hour and a half just for them. Well worth it.
