Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityLet me just say that out of all the places I’ve been for lip fillers this is the place I wish I would’ve went from the start. I’ve had so much product injected into my lips to try and make them more plump. I have very thin lips and all I’ve ever wanted was to be able to wear lipstick and feel confident in doing so. Well before I went here I had other injectors inject I don’t know how many syringes of different fillers in my lips only for them to go back to looking like nothing was done once the swelling subsided. Fast forward to present I booked an appointment to see Alison. My smile was crooked from all the filler in my lips and when I smiled you could barely see my teeth. I hated my smile and just wanted to have my no lips and smile back unless there was something Alison could do to give me what I wanted. Upon her evaluating my lips she informed me I had an inverted muscle in my top lip which is why my lip would never flip with all the filler that was injected in them. She informed me that she has seen people get surgery to correct that issue and she said that putting more filler in my lips would do nothing so I went about having her dissolve what was in my lips weighing my top lip down affecting my smile. 2 days later I had my old smile back and all the filler was dissolved in my lips. Alison is a lifesaver and I would highly recommend her. She could’ve been like all the others and just injected me with fillers only for me to be left with the same no lip look a couple days later, but she didn’t. She was honest and upfront with me about my issue and honestly the world needs more honest people like her. Thank you Alison for doing the right thing and giving me my smile back. Booked an appointment for botox and lip filler – and have never had lip filler before! Alison was not only professional, patient, and kind – but did everything she could to ensure my comfortability. I tend to get lightheaded when it comes to needles, and Alison & Kelcey (who came in to help as soon as I needed it) took every precaution to ensure that I felt comfortable – ice packs, fans, apple juice, even allowing me to play videos on my phone as a distraction. Not only did they provide a pleasant experience, but I am in love with my results! I am beyond thankful for their client care and patience, and will recommend them to everyone!

I had a few hiccups with my initial appointment (absolutely no one’s fault) but Alison, Jeanie, and the rest of their team were more than professional and accommodating. Everyone in their office was super friendly, easy conversation, and the whole experience made me super comfortable and relaxed. I was extremely nervous, as this was my first experience with Botox and filler and I didn’t want to go home unhappy with my results, but both Alison and Jeanie were reassuring, answered all of my questions and did an AMAZING job to help me achieve the natural look that i was going for with lip filler. I especially appreciated all of their honesty about what might be “too little or too much”. I never felt like they were just pushing me to get more and more done to spend more money. From start to finish it felt like they were nothing but open and honest about what would be best for my face vs. someone else’s. Even when I asked for the smallest thing to be changed, they were more than willing to make me happy and get it fixed. I had a few hiccups with my initial appointment (absolutely no one’s fault) but Alison, Jeanie, and the rest of their team were more than professional and accommodating. I love Candice & Alison! I was initially greeted with a very warm welcome & knew immediately I had made the right choice. There are many spas in the area, but not all are the same. My entire experience at Renew Beauty Med Spa in Frisco was absolutely incredible, from the friendly customer service to the actual treatments. I have definitely found my new favorite Med Spa! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have never written a review, but I hope my sharing this will help others from going through what I went through with Renew.In the later part of December 2020 I scheduled an appointment to have PDO threads. To my displeasure, the end result was horrible. You could see distinct, puckered lines on each cheek. The tried to correct their shoddy work over the coarse of the next following months with no good outcome. Almost 4 months of going back and forth with no corrective result, I was told no more corrective treatments and, I was told, we don’t guarantee our work but they sure had no issues taking over $2000 from me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. There was an issue with setting my appointment, first time scheduled at the wrong location, second time it was deleted out of the system. There was a second technician that came in to assist and do the other side of my threads that was “learning my injectors technique” by the second time I heard my injector correcting the other, I made it very clear that I was uncomfortable. The pricing they told me was inaccurate. She told me they would add it other discounts and that she gave me $400 off. I was very clear on price, with in the chair deciding if I should also do another type of threads. I get to the counter and the price was incorrect, made me feel uncomfortable with leaving a tip after all of the madness. The told me they can get me a facial or something and asked if they can charge me the full amount but only take payment for the price they told me originally. I was very swollen so the injector said she was going to call a steroid into the pharmacy. I would have liked to pick it up that night to get it in my system but it would be tomorrow which was fine with me. I took benedryl and tylenol and woke up and my face was in pain and so swollen. Which to be expected after a procedure.. but I followed up the the injector on instagram as she told me that was were to message her my pharmacy information. I wrote her at 9:45am, asking her if she had been able to call it in because my face was so swollen and as she stated it would help with that. She didn’t reply so I called and asked the office. The office apologized and said they would get with a manager to see if they can get it called in. Never heard back from the office. I received a message response on social media at 1pm, saying it would be called in this afternoon, fast forward to 5:30pm and still nothing. I could have been assisted in getting the swelling down over the last 24 hours and been able to enjoy at least part of my weekend potentially. I called and they took no accountability and talked down and minimized every concern of mine. I do not need to know that the steroid wouldn’t really help much anyway. That’s not the point. My face looks horrible, there are spots that look flat out botched. It shouldn’t hurt to touch my face as bad as it does. I really hope it turns around before my follow up. It feels like I may need some type of antibotic cream because the entry points are very open, that could be a part of It but I wouldn’t know because theres no one to ask. It honestly would have been nice to be offered an ice pack when leaving at the bare minimum, like EVERYOTHER MEDSPA. I can’t explain the disappointment enough. I regret even talking to management because it just made me even more frustrated. This involved both the frisco and north park location. Appointment setting, procedure itself, checkout, aftercare, results. EVERYTHING WAS A PROBLEM. I’ve been to medspas for just simple routine botox and medspas even calls ME the next day to make sure I’m doing okay meanwhile I’m chasing down injectors on instagram and managers at whatever location to just get some form of help after getting threading. What is crazy is all it would take was a decent response time or semi caring response from management and I would never have taken my time to write this review.

Critical: CommunicationI did two consultations for cool sculpting in order to get convinced that I need to finally do it. I was told that I would be happy with the results and 2-3 treatments for my arms. I was also told it gets rid of 20% of fat each time. The fat wont come back to that same area and it would go somewhere else. Also, cool-sculpting is advertised with no diet or exercise. That sounds so promising. I saw nothing after my first treatment. The person who did my treatment said you will not see results with the way you eat which made me cry. I tried to cut down even more on carbs and lifted heavier weights so after my second treatment I saw some results finally but I am pretty sure it’s not from the actual treatment. It was from modifying my lifestyle. So I did a third treatment and I did not see a difference. I lost over 10 pounds since I started cool sculpting, but my arms are still the same. When I went to talk to them about my results, they said you must have been an exception for this to not work. Then all of a sudden, cool sculpting is meant to be a way for you to change your lifestyle for the rest of your life, and the fat can come back to that same area. I did not ask for full compensation for a treatment that is almost $3000. I just wanted to see if there was something else that could be done, and no one ever got back to me. I kept going back there several times asking to talk to someone about how unhappy I am.
