Recently I’ve gotten my hair done at this shop & their service was absolutely great. Everyone was so nice they made sure I was comfortable throughout my service being 8 months pregnant it wasn’t easy sitting for hours but they definitely accommodate me with my many bathroom breaks & stretches they even made me tea. I LOVE it. Plus my hair was beautiful. 5 stars

I wouldn’t let Lillie pay me to touch my hair. Ever again. Lillie gives the place a bad name. Her style was average at best but when over 10 singles fell out within 1 week she rudely refused to rectify the problem suggesting I pulled them out. And was honery, rude and damn disrespectful. Never again. She stated they don’t need customer service. And it’s clear neither she or the owners offered any…bad experience

Charlotte is an AMAZING stylist. But it took 7hrs to get senguless twists with 2 people working on my hair. The price was different than quoted on the phone as well as the 4hrs i was told on the phone. So it took 7hrs bc instead of the people split my head in 2 sections one would twist my hait loosely and then the 2nd person would come back a twist it tightly….so my hair was twisted 2xs with alot of pain and pulling. If i could actually get it done in 4hrs like stated with 2 people id probably go back

Nice quality braids, poor service. One of the braiders in particular was very rude, and didn’t want to give me the micro braids I requested, but recommended that I get another style. I believe she didn’t feel like doing micros, so what she recommended was easier/faster for her liking. Then, when i sat down in the chair, she was agressive although I told her I was tender-headed, she didn’t use a regular comb to prep my hair before using the small teeth on the blowdryer comb, so she pulled my hair out with the damn blowdryer comb. I understand culture, and have no problem with it, but I also felt it was rude for no one to speak english the entire visit, although they were capable. a few times, I felt their remarks and laughter was possibly about me, but who knows? My best friend went later the same day, and she ended up getting out of the chair and leaving due to poor service, and the same braider telling her which style she was giving her, rather than what she came in for. I was planning on bringing my daughter’s in, but if they’re treated the way I was, There will certainly be a problem! A physical problem! The speed was excellent, the other women were nice, but I won’t be back here.

Unprofessional. They were able to braid my hair though it was extremely short, so I do clap my hands to that. When I tried to get back into shop two days later due to unraveling (ends were not sealed and braids were coming undone) and to shorten length, all I received was the run around. They did not show up 2 days in a roll (even with an appointment). They also avoided phone calls.

The language barrier is an issue, the place is dingy, the operators didn’t listen to anything I asked for, and they eat over your head and drop chips on your lap. They also overcharged for a simple hairstyle
