Renata has done my highlights a few times, she has done ok work and messed up a few times and I would go back because I understand it’s not easy work and she was kind and I did let her know where I was unhappy and wanted her to fix it and I went back to her today… she accused me of coloring my hair in between because there was discoloration. I swore on my child I hadn’t touched my hair and she was looking at her own work. She got frustrated because I told her she’s here accusing me of this meanwhile it’s her work she’s criticizing… she got very disrespectful raising her voice calling me a liar and saying I would be paying double for highlights anywhere else. Very unprofessional. Well to be honest I would rather pay double and be happy with the results and not deal with such an unprofessional experience.

Renata is a talented artist! I came in with horribly brassy hair in need of a cut and walked out with beautiful ash blonde highlights and a long bob cut. She really listens to your needs and is funny and kind too! She’s done Sarah Jessica Parker’s and Lourdes’ (Madonna’s daughter) hair. I highly recommend her.

Renata, I don’t know if you read these reviews, but you cut my long hair about 2 weeks ago into a long, layered shag, just like I asked, and I am beyond happy with the results. I’ve gotten many compliments, but besides that, having my hair cut, made me feel better about myself (I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in over 2 years). It looks great and i’ts so easy to style in the morning, basically, wash and go, if I want, or when I have the time (or the motivation) it, also, looks great blow dried. Anyway…this is getting way too long, but just thanks again. Awesome job and next time, I promise, it won’t be 2 years between haircuts!
