I have been a client of Renata’s for over 3 years now. Every single time she and her team delivered superior service to me! My eyebrows always look marvelous after Renata and Pam’s magic touch. In addition, everyone in their team is pleasant and friendly. They try to accommodate your needs with a personal touch. Josi is great too! I brought my mom there for the eye lash tint and she was more than satisfied with the overall experience. I recommended this place to my friends and they liked it too. Absolutely, by far, the most comfortable and professional waxing experience I have ever had. Pamela was incredibly nice and easy to talk to, super knowledgeable, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The location is easy to find and their hours are perfect. I needed a later appointment due to my work schedule, so it was great to know that they are open until 8:00pm. The spa is incredibly clean and sanitary. I was offered water or coffee when I arrived, and there are plenty of comfortable places to sit while you wait. They also have a great selection of beauty products and yummy smelling candles to check out. Pamela made sure to provide me with aftercare information follow my Brazilian wax, and encouraged me to contact them if I had any questions. I would give them 6 stars if I could, and would recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time going to a waxing salon, and it was such a positive experience. I felt super comfortable and welcomed by everyone in the staff, especially my waxer. They even wished me a happy belated birthday. The small details are what made the experience enjoyable, when it could’ve else wise been a very terrible experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Wax by Renata is an amazing local business with amazing hard working people. All employees and owner are professionals and extremely kind and polite. I highly recommend getting services done at Wax by Renata, but make sure to schedule ahead. They’re appointments only, and usually booked solid for 2 to 3 weeks. You’ll not regret getting any service that they provide here. Can’t forget to mention how clean and organized this beauty boutique is. Very happy to be a client here. 100% reccomend this place to anyone!

Love going to my waxing appointments with Renata! She’s highly professional and knows her craft. Though waxing isn’t completely painless, she makes it such an easy experience. She uses the best natural products and when you leave you know you don’t need to worry about shaving for at least a month! Highly recommend Renata for waxing services

Got my first Brazilian wax, by her and will continue to make the 45 minute drive to see her! I’m very modest but she made me feel comfortable, and yes there was pain, but not like the videos you see on YouTube. She has a very clean and bright atmosphere!
