The people at the massage were great and friendly and knew what they were doing. This just wasnt a massage for me. I didn’t have a relaxing time, it was a little more painful than I expected. Coming out my body felt a little more loose but not loose enough to have been in there for 90 minutes. If you’re not used to massages, I’d recommend the gentle. I did medium expecting it to be just firm but it was still rough for me
