Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been seeing Emma for a little over a year and she has been an absolute miracle worker for my muscular problems in my back and sciatica. I’m an extremely active person involved in aerial acrobatics, weightlifting, CrossFit, and more so my muscles get tight to the point of not being able to move without pain sometimes. Emma is the only therapist I have ever seen in 10 years who is able to successfully pinpoint the exact spots that need release and actually listens to me when I tell her where I need attention. I feel like most of the therapists I’ve seen before her just kind of do whatever they feel like instead of what I want. Emma is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for muscular work and pain relief. Not to mention she’s an absolute joy to talk to and a total sweetheart. I have been seeing Emma for a little over a year and she has been an absolute miracle worker for my muscular problems in my back and sciatica. I’m an extremely active person involved in aerial acrobatics, weightlifting, CrossFit, and more so my muscles get tight to the point of not being able to move without pain sometimes. Emma is the only therapist I have ever seen in 10 years who is able to successfully pinpoint the exact spots that need release and actually listens to me when I tell her where I need attention. I’ve been seeing Emma for massages/facials/reflexology every other week for more than two years. She’s been awesome! She knows what my body needs…lower back issues, tension and knots in my shoulders ad upper back, post-op treatments, she’s an absolute pro and I’m so happy to have found her. Whenever I’m traveling and “cheat on her” with another massage therapist, I come away disappointed thinking that I should have skipped that. She is professional but also friendly and warm. I just went for my second massage and booked my third. I highly recommend Emma as she is truly gifted and passionate about her work. Emma is by far the best massage therapist considering I have a lot of tightness and pain. She really gets in there and works out the kinks. She is professional but also friendly and warm. I just went for my second massage and booked my third. I highly recommend Emma as she is truly gifted and passionate about her work. I was so nervous and scared about post operative massages; however Emma went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! She is patient and kind. I had a surgical procedure which required lymphatic massages. I was so nervous and scared about post operative massages; however Emma went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! She is patient and kind. Most importantly she is extremely knowledgeable, and made a huge difference in me having a smooth recovery. I cannot recommend and thank her enough! She has healing hands!

Emma was booked out for a while because of the Groupon special and she still worked me in on a late evening appointment. Once i got in for my appointment i was blown away. I’ve had tons of massages but Emma’s was incredible. She truly has a passion and knowledge for her job. She took months of stress off my shoulders and back but I’d pay her for the head or foot massage alone! After my massage i immediately got on Facebook to recommend her to my friends and mom and sister. By far the best massage I’ve ever had. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI would NOT recommend booking with this spa. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude. My siblings and I bought a massage package as a gift for our mom for Christmas through Groupon. When our mom tried to redeem the voucher this week (which doesn’t expire for another 12 days), she was told that because the spa was booked until May, which would be after the Groupon expires, they couldn’t honor it. There is nothing in the fine print of the package that suggested this would be the case. It simply stated we had to book an appointment by the expiration date. When we tried to call to resolve the matter, the owner refused to take a phone call. She would only reply to texts and, even then, was very rude and made it seem as though we were to blame for the situation. After finally agreeing to let our mom book an appointment, she turned around and said she would only book ONE massage when I had paid for two (which, again, was totally allowed under the fine print of the Groupon). Overall, she managed to turn what was supposed to be a nice gift for our mother into a headache for everyone involved. It all seemed like a scam, and I would warn anyone who uses their services. I would NOT recommend booking with this spa. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude. My siblings and I bought a massage package as a gift for our mom for Christmas through Groupon.
