Sheila and Rachel are so nice! I’ve been going to them for about 4-5 sessions switching from one tattoo to the next, that way we can give proper time for each tattoo to heal after the treatment. They were awesome! Rachel was lovely and super friendly. She reassured me that my results would come out exactly how I want with great explanation and more importantly, with evidence! Shiela was the nurse who performed the treatment and was also very sweet and kind. The onlyyyy con about this experience is the cost. The tattoo I’m removing is less than the size of a penny yet the treatment was over +$120 and took less than 5seconds. They have payment plans and packages but with my work schedule being super unpredictable on top of going out of the country for 6mos starting next year, I decided to go with the pay-per-session option. The pain can be described as sharp rubber band snaps. Because my tattoo is so small, I was completely fine. If you’ve ever gotten laser HAIR removal before, I would say the pain for tattoo removal is about 2-3 steps up. Either way the customer service is fantastic and I have confidence that once I continue getting the rest of my treatments, that the results will be exactly what I desire. The ONLY issue is the cost, but I understand you get what you pay for 🙂
