I want to preface this review by saying the technicians at this location are amazing and my review is not based on them. With that said, it is a shame in the decline in customer service with the transition from Vamoose to Removery. When I call to make an appointment, I no longer get to speak with the awesome staff. I am connected to a call center in the middle of nowhere, waiting hold for quite some time, if I’m lucky and don’t get hung up on I can schedule an appointment. My treatment session price has increased by $60 with no discussion about it. My latest disappointment was being called by a call center, not by the staff at this location 20 minutes before my appointment to be told the laser isn’t working and can I reschedule. I should note that I live 45 minutes from this location and was 40 minutes into my drive at this point to be on time. The representative had the nerve to say “I tried to catch you before heading to your appointment”. I get things happen but this is bad business! If I called to cancel an appointment 20 minutes before, I’d probably be subject to pay for the time slot. I also would be more understanding if the staff from the location actually called me to tell me about the issue. If there were comparable option to have tattoo removal in my area, I’d be exploring them. This makes me sad for the extremely talented ladies who work there.

Came from another facility after I met someone who got a tattoo removed by Nikki and had great results. No other practitioner compares to her (I’ve been to a few different places). My results have been great and the pricing isn’t so bad. As long as Nikki is there, you’re in good hands.

Tattoo removal, sounds scary doesn’t it? Well it is and it hurts so much that I’m just kidding with you it actually isn’t that bad at all lol bet your heart skipped a beat .. Removery is great. The environment is comforting and the employees are helpful with providing any information one wouldn’t think of. They’re flexible with “your” schedule, which is always convenient. The main reason why you’re reading my review.. I have had two sessions. Just had my second this past Friday. I can easily see the difference from how it looked when I had first gone in. Til now. I’m hoping for it to be completely gone before the new year. Anyway, give Removery a go. It’s worth it.

She talks me through while undergoing sessions so I’m distracted while I’m getting zapped up lol. There’s noticeable lightening so far and I can’t wait to get my other tattoos worked on.
