My first appointment to have my tattoo removed was wonderful. All of the ladies were super pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. As someone with darker skin, they explained the equipment they use and how it is safe and effective on darker skin tones. The facility itself was also very clean. I’ve had 2 appointments so far and have loved every aspect. The place is very clean and bright and the staff is so friendly and welcoming and they make an uncomfortable/painful experience as easy and quick as possible. I love how they also send reminder texts in between my appointments about what I should be doing to care for my tattoo until the next laser treatment. Can’t wait to keep seeing the progress we make!
