I am SO HAPPY I picked Removery Tattoo Removal and Fading for my tattoo removal process. The staff is super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. And the whole appointment was so quick and easy!! They had affordable pricing and we were able to pick a payment plan that fits my budget perfectly. I went in for a consultation and left with the first session of 10-12 down. And it really wasn’t all that painful! Today I visited the Removery location in Decatur Ga to consult about getting treatments to have my tattoos removed . I met with Madison and Julia/Julie (Sorry if I got the name wrong ) who were so very pleasant with the entire process . Madison was very knowledgeable and gave such informative information about what I’ll experience during the treatments of getting my tattoos removed and how long my process may be . He was extremely patient, communicable with feedback and answered all of my questions and concerns . The energy in the office made me feel extremely comfortable to want to move forward . I had a great experience with Madison and I truly feel confident that I chose the right location to put my past behind me . I would recommend them to anyone . Amazing customer service and such a caring soul for others . It was a very pleasurable experience just as an consultation. I can only imagine what positivity and genuine compassion will be given once treatments actual start . I’m confident that all will go great with my removal. Tattoos are meaningful and removing them even more so. It’s always kind of a heavy process. I made a mistake online with my apt time and was a bit frustrated with myself , but was greeted by a lovely staff that accommodated my needs right away. She stayed late (a few mins) cos i was stuck in traffic and wasnt able to make it on time. Even though i was late and she was over her shift, she didnt rush.
