I go to the Removery in King of Prussia. Austin and Nani (my technician), who I met today, my other technicians Alex and Gill, as well as every other staff member I’ve met are super kind, accommodating, and make the process so much easier. I’ve had to cancel last minute multiple times and they took it so well, I was never made to feel bad about it. I also changed what I originally said I wanted removed and they were accommodating with that as well. Also, the laser is effective. My tattoo is fading well without any scarring. Thank you!!

I appreciate their non judgmental and helpful services. The location is spotless and all areas feel hygienic. Amber was really nice and informative when answering all of my questions. I don’t remember the name of the person that did my actual treatment but she was great. Walked me through everything so I knew what to expect at every point of my session. I also like that they have an option for silent appointments because I don’t feel like talking all the time. Everyone was really great and it was easy to get booked.
