I recently had my first removal session at this new location and it was such a stress reliever to not have to travel to the city. It was an easy drive, the new location has tons of parking in the lot directly out front. This was my first session with Sarah and she was awesome. I have always had my removals with Donna, but Sarah was able to get me through it no problem. Through my removal I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the team at Removery and this new location and its convenience definitely puts them over the top for anyone interested in tattoo removal/fading.

Very welcoming front desk! Sarah and Donna as soon as I walked in the door. The laser technicians were knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. They know their lasers and settings extremely well. Very professional staff and helpful with any questions I had. I used to go to the center city location which also had wonderful staff. I just started going to this new location in Newtown. Super inviting and chill atmosphere! I couldn’t be a happier with my experience. I usually have Donna, she is awesome and so comforting. I went in for a consultation, knowing that I was likely going to follow through with the treatment if it was in my budget. Sarah greeted me when I arrived and went over what I wanted from my removal/fading treatment and answered all of my questions. I never felt judged or uncomfortable during the process. Sarah was so incredible! The treatment as a whole was more affordable than expected, I was even able to split the cost into monthly payments. I had the first session the same day, which made me nervous because I didn’t know what to expect in terms of pain/discomfort. Sarah was very patient and understanding. I Started at the chestnut location everyone was great, currently at the newtown location and everyone is still great. Donna specifically she’s been my Day 1 and she have truly made my experience so far nothing less than amazing I’m super grateful for her. Just completed my first visit yesterday and it was a lot quicker and easier than I had expected. Simple process and Sarah walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I went with the total removal package as I am wanting to get quite a few words taken off my arm that were tattooed with a heavy hand and came out too thick. Price is reasonable and the overall experience was more than I could ask for. Pain was definitely manageable, especially considering that I am getting a lot of lettering removed.
