I was extremely upset when my tattoo didn’t turn out at all how I wanted it to, and less than a year later I turned to getting it removed. The staff here are super patient, understanding and kind, and they explained the process to me so well. They gave me an estimate on how many sessions it might take to remove, but my tattoo is the most difficult kind to remove since it was rather new and the artist really drove the ink in deep. I am so happy with the progress that’s been made and can’t believe how much it has faded already! Jenny (the manager) has always taken extremely good care of me and is very gentle with the laser, making sure I’m really numb before starting. They also stopped charging me for my sessions once we got past the original quote they gave me, which is a very honorable thing to do (and understandable as this process depends on so many factors with the tattoo). I had my first session today on 4 tattoos. The experience was far better than I anticipated in terms of pain and client care overall. I was really nervous, but the three staff members I interacted with were really welcoming and reassuring. The technician herself was amazing and I felt so comfortable with her. She took care to make it as painless as possible and was very responsive to my needs. The actual process went really quick – I was in and out. Highly recommend Removery on Butler for all your removal needs!

I’ve been working with Jenny to get a number of tattoos removed since before the shop merged with Removery. Jenny is (and always has been) the most talented and caring laser removal tech. She is deeply knowledgeable about the machine, its capabilities, and dialing in to get the best results. The updated machines they use are way less painful than old ones; these hurt the same or less than getting the tattoo in the first place. And Jenny honestly cares about the experience you’re having. She ices the area before starting, lets you take as many breathers as you need (and re-ices in between), and is super encouraging and communicative throughout the sessions. If I had known about her sooner, I would not have waited so long.

When I got into the room I was informed about how it works and told I was going to be numbed before treatment!
