My experience at Disappearing Inc has been great so far. I still have more treatments to do. But from the first day I came in everyone was welcoming and professional, especially Ali. On my first visit Ali brought me to a room and explained the process to me in detail. She was very nice and very professional. She explained to me what to do and what not to do after the treatment. She answered all my questions. At the time for my treatment she made sure I was comfortable with the process and will give me heads up before starting or proceeding with the treatment. I’m very happy I found Disappearing inc and Ali for my tattoo removal. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I had my consultation and first session completed all the same day yesterday at the Framingham location. Sara consulted me and made me feel extremely welcomed and well informed during the consultation. The best way I can describe her is very genuine, she doesn’t try to pressure you to make a choice immediately and is very transparent about the procedure itself, financial costs and expectations. I had a terrible experience with people trying to “sell” me a product or pushing a service onto me, almost as if I didn’t have a choice but Sara was extremely kind and didn’t make me feel that uncomfortable pressure to say yes. Her kindness alone gave me the confidence to say yes (along with the great price lol). BethAnn did my procedure and she was amazing as well, great bedside manner and provided me with additional information so that I could be best prepared for the before, during and after treatment. I’m very excited to start the journey of removing these tattoos to say the least but even more so because the wonderful people who work there!

Removery (formerly Disappearing Inc) is great, and they’ve stepped it up with a new, better technology laser. I went to another removal place a few years back, but they didn’t completely remove a forearm tattoo (blamed equipment). Every treatment with Removery has made a huge difference, and this last one (my third) may be my last one. Highly recommend!

Ok, so first off….. I’ve had a bunch of laser treatments. The removery was by far the easiest and most comfortable experience I’ve ever had! Obviously the treatment is a little spicy, but my tech Christie was so kind and funny and made sure I was ok the whole time. Also the laser they use is phenomenal! I barely had any issues a few days later like I normally would with swelling and blisters. 15/10 recommended!
