I came here today to have my stick and poke tattoo removed, and I was so nervous at first. My worries we’re quickly put to rest when Blyth walked me through how laser removal works, the whole healing process, and even how different tattoos and inks take different healing times. She made sure I was calm before getting the laser ready by giving me a stress ball, and narrated herself removing the tattoo. With this being my first experience, it was a great one. Customer service was amazing, and I plan on recommending this location to anyone looking to remove their tattoo ☺️

I just had my first appointment with Removery in Northampton, MA and it was great! I have been going to the same location under the previous name for treatments and I am impressed with everything so far. It’s still too early to tell how effective it will be compared to the previous company but the process is great. It’s less painful, less blistering, faster, customer service was excellent. Now I just have to wait to see if it’s equally or more effective…so far highly recommended!
