I had a hydrafacial at RemedyNow Aesthetics in Oak Creek and I can’t be happier with the service and the results. Gina did a fantastic job and my skin is really glowing! She was on top of it all – friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. Gina explained every step of the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy daughter and I have been clients at RemedyNOW Asthetics for approximately one year, and up until now, things we were satisfactory. Consequently, my last visit in September truly made me think twice about returning.I received two fillers on the sides of my mouth area, and was advised that I would see results within one week. I spent $1300 to have the wrinkles around this area removed, and I feel like I was simply injected with water. When my daughter and sister saw me, they both asked why I did not get my fillers done, when in reality I did. The results, or lack there of, are just awful and I feel like I got ripped off.As a dissatisfied customer, I went in to address my concerns but received no genuine interest to amend the issue at hand. In fact, his help to me was pulling out the calculator, and advising that it would be an additional $2,100 to correct the problem. EXCUSE ME? If this were the case, why would I be given a guarantee that I would see results within one weeks time? $1300 is not pocket change for me, and I expect ample results when spending this kind of money.My daughter and I are absolutely disgusted with the way this was handled, and the amount of money spent with no results. Needless to say, we will not be returning. A professional operation would assuredly show more care, and do what it takes, or work with the individual, to ensure that their client walks away happy. This last experience was $1300 out the window, and regrettably, he just lost two great clients. Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismHad fillers injected and a hydra facial. Everything went so good. The staff Gina and Olivia were great!Dr Siddiq (sp sorry) was wonderful explained procedure great, took his time with me, answered all my questions and very fair and honest with cost. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePlease be advised, I wholeheartedly never take the time to write a review; unless the services I received were well done and deserve recognition. Consequently, after my mother spent over $1300 at this place, I deem it appropriate to voice my concerns to others who will encounter the same issues. Dr. Siddiqui was to put in two fillers total, one on each side of the mouth, and we were advised that the cost of each filler would be $575 each. Now, after having this procedure performed numerous times at other places, I know for fact that I should see and feel results almost immediately. After he was through with the injections, I looked in the mirror and noticed ZERO change. Of course this concern was addressed to him, and he told me verbatim ” This specific filler will provide results in one week.” Already feeling like nothing was done, I went up to go pay and was absolutely shocked to hear Kylie tell me my total was $1300 or $650 each per filler. I asked why the cost is not $575 each like I was told in the room, and her answer to me was that “The doctor decided to put in Reslyine, which is better.”. Already upset that I do not have any results, but to hear that I have to pay more truly made me wonder. WHO GIVES THIS DOCTOR THE RIGHT TO TAKE IT UPON HIMSELF, TO NOT ONLY CHARGE ME MORE ON MY EXPENSE, BUT TO PUT SOME OTHER KIND OF FILLER IN ME WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH ME FIRST!! I left in tears, and could not believe what just happened. Well, none the less I waited one week, and still had NO RESULTS! I called the clinic back to see if Dr. Siddiqui would help me, or at least compromise to resolve this issue, and Kylie assured me that he would call me back. Evidentially it was a waste of time, as he did not even have the decency to call me; I had to call him again. Our conversation got absolutely no where, as he was more concerned about the first negative review I left, and told me that he is not a “Quack.” REALLY?? I never called him a quack, but I will definitely call him a CROOK! He never offered to fix the problem that he personally performed, and told me that I would probably need about five more fillers to solve it. SCREW YOU…TALK ABOUT MONEY HUNGRY…. IT’S DISGUSTING AND HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF…I strongly suggest you proceed with caution, or go somewhere else. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM A “SO CALLED” DOCTOR, who acted sooo professional and caring in the beginning, and then took the money and did not offer to fix his malpractice.Please be advised, I wholeheartedly never take the time to write a review; unless the services I received were well done and deserve recognition.
