Had a lovely visit at Remedy Spa this morning! Staff was incredibly friendly and the office was immaculate. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and almost immediately I was ready to go into my appointment. My Aesthetic Nurse Vanessa walked me through the entire experience, as a first time patient for laser hair removal I was a little nervous but she quickly put my worries at ease! The procedure was painless and incredibly quick, to my surprise I was done in less than ten minutes. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend first time patients come here because the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring.

I am giving the Remedy Spa in Salinas my experience is five out of five stars today. This was my first visit to the SALINAS spa. I had laser hair removal done. When I walked in I was greeted and have less than two minute wait to see my nurse. Her name is Vanessa and I have known her for a while. The laser was really quick it took less than 30 minutes to treat my face, Brazilian area and under arms. They were areas that were hot and uncomfortable but Vanessa made sure to go slower and counted it for me. I think I could probably do it during a lunch break if I worked in an office. I am very excited that I will only have to have 4 to 6 treatments. I will definitely go back. I am also excited to visit the Carmel spa. I bought a $500 gift certificate for the services and decided to keep it for myself.

Thank you Remedy Spa for your excellent customer service in recommending your Red Light Therapy for my severe low back pain and upper back spasms. After one session I was able to stand upright comfortably and after the second session my spasms decreased considerably. I continue to use this therapy in conjunction with physical therapy exercises and stretching which allows me to continue working at a job I love. I thought I would have to throw in the towel and go on disability but thanks to Melissa Duran and her wonderful staff I have hope again. 10 STARS!!!!!!!!
