Ali came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, I can’t wait until my next appointment. What impressed me off the bat was the fact that she actually read and discussed with me, the information I submitted online prior to my appointment, addressing my greatest needs pertaining to my massage, my health history, allergies to be aware of, etc. Ali is quite knowledgeable, extremely professional, and her passion for what she does is quite obvious. The positivity she exudes is a breath of fresh air. If you want to feel better, make that appointment today. You will be pleased you did!

Best massage I’ve ever had. Met Ali where I work she gave me her card and when I reached out I got a response almost immediately (Facebook,email or text), got my appointment set up so quickly. Great prices! I got a 90 min prenatal massage & 90 min Float. Massage room was awesome! Warm, relaxing, and inviting. The float tub was the best thing ever after having a massage. Took all the weight from my belly off my back, hips, and legs. When I left this place I felt like a whole new person! Definitely recommend this place over “massage envy”

Remedy Me Float Spa deserves MORE than 5 stars….it’s a beautiful and immaculate facility!! The float was so relaxing and healing. What a wonderful experience. THEN I woke up the day after my float feeling amazing. I had THE BEST night’s sleep and was able to actually get out of bed without stiffness and pain. I can’t believe how amazing my body feels. You must go float!

I was gifted an hour float session, and as it was my first time I did have some reservations. Ali explained away my questions before I even asked them, and made me feel perfectly comfortable. I had felt a little nervous going in because of the sensory deprivation in water. I have had so much anxiety lately. It took a while for my mind to ease and relax but about 10-15 minutes in I finally started to really relax and enjoy the calmness. I can only describe it as floating with no gravity, in the air.. but comfortably surrounded. I slept like a rock that night and even after I left the float session I felt so calm driving home in rush hour traffic. After you get out the pod, you rinse off and they provide so many essentials including lotion, spray deodorant, comb, etc. I am looking forward to my next float appointment. If you have a lot of stress this definitely helps calm the mind for a few days! Highlight recommend this type of therapy!

Today was my first float therapy session and it was perfect. The entire experience was easy and relaxing. The atmosphere was so serene. Toiletries were provided for showering before and after float. The float therapy itself was as wonderful. I felt so refreshed physically and mentally after my session. It was so easy to let go of everything and just be in your mind. I highly recommend.

This was my husband and I’s first time floating, and everything was explained thoroughly to us. The setting is relaxing, even for someone who has anxiety and is anyways nervous the first time. Everything was clean, all amenities were provided in order to make it an enjoyable and relaxing time.

I had a massage and a foot detox today with Ali. Not only is Ali super sweet and professional she also did an amazing job! I’ve had a few massages before however, I normally left relaxed but still carrying a good bit of tension in my shoulders. Ali asked me before the message if I had any areas that were hurting. Since I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck I told her about those two places. Not only did she listen to what I explained but she also worked hard to get the tension knots out!! After my massage, I had a foot detox. Y’all need to look this up and see all of the benefits this has if you don’t already know! It is a little gross to look at but it is also really interesting to see what all the detox can pull out of your body from your feet!!! I will be going back to see Ali again!!
