I have made 3 appts. Showed up for my first one and no one was even in the spa at all. Called and left a message. Got a txt back asking if I could do another day and time that they specified, I said yes, but did not get a confirmation txt back. I did not go to that “scheduled” appt because my prior appt which was confirmed no one was there so I didn’t want to waste my time on a non confirmed appt. I never got a call saying a missed one, so I am sure no one was there. I made another appt for today, got an email confirmation and showed up for my appt and AGAIN the person who was supposed to help me wasn’t there. Super disappointed. Seems very poorly run and organized. Terrible communication.
