Critical: ProfessionalismI’m appalled by bad business. I work in public. I appreciate and help people. I was abandoned and left looking horrible. I have the text but will not post in public unless treated more wrong. But had a bad employee with personal drama of her own, then no response to an email to the manager either, as told to do on their very hard to use, sparse website. This is a copy of my email:Hello, my name is Christi. I never had eyelashes. I was thrilled when I finally got them but they fell out in less then a week. So I found Remedy!My second time was with Rylan, at your salon. I was so very happy! They lasted two weeks so I came back two weeks later and again happy. I make my schedule as I go because I’m On Call at the hospital in Emergency.My last appointment with Rylan, I was in the snow standing outside your office, I had rode my Can Am Spyder motorcycle. It’s a $25,000 motorcycle for nice people, not low class mess. It got to 10:10 am and the salon was still closed. My appointment was at 10am.I’m freezing. I finally get a text from Rylan that she’s sick and sorry for the late text.I text her the time, my appt time, my situation, sorry she was sick, and to reschedule me when she has time. Never once a impolite word.I try to make an appointment because I waited three days for a call. Your Square appts says she had an opening, so I make an appointment.A day later I get a decline in my appointment with no information. Abandoned by anyone caring of a customer left literally in the snow with no appointment and a month and a half old. Not a problem person, not poor, I tipped $20 last time, a good customer and hard worker with a good reputation in the clinical work force community and a handicap, also on my license and my tags, if need to know.So I texted Rylan, texted her that I had not heard from her in three days and her scheduler was broke. She texts short and sweet, Not an apology but she had something come up and she’s not taking clients???Well, Happy your company could make money money off me then throw me away in the cold, literally in the snow……..!!!!!!!!!!!! (The only edit was my last name taken out but will if mistreated and the two other reviews before mine on Yelp, are Employees of Remedy Beauty Company.
