Customer service at Remedi Spa deserves more than 5 stars. Planned a bunch of services for a day of spoiling for my Fiancée. Stephanie helped me rearrange the schedule to be more enjoyable and accommodated last minute changes as if it was nothing. I had the most amazing experience at Remedi. I scheduled a wellness package to help with my chronic pain and muscle tension, and when I arrived Cindie talked me through the services and suggested the floating pod and infrared sauna could be a better option to help with my pain. She accommodated to my needs on the spot and was so kind and helpful from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back thanks to Cindie!

I can in with some concerns for my skin after coming off a medication. I made an appointment for blue light therapy and when I came in the staff was so kind and listened to my goals and why I was coming in and they recommended the infrared sauna as well! I loved both treatments, and because they were looking out for me they gave me a little money off my first treatment because they felt like I needed to pair the treatments together. The staff was so helpful and kind to me, I have been continue to go and my skin was improved so much! You won’t regret coming in.

Excellent day spa experience. The deluxe pedicure with Chelsea is quite relaxing. I also experienced a hot stone massage, and it was wonderful. The environment is very clean and relaxing. It was very enjoyable. I will be visiting again soon!
