Positive: Quality, ValueI had a great first experience at this salon. Jason was very responsive and flexible getting me in for a last minute appointment. Jaas gave me a beautiful bob haircut to help me grow my pixie while still looking good. It’s hard to communicate exactly what you want with your hair and sometimes stylists have a different interpretation than you do. I had a great first experience at this salon. Jason was very responsive and flexible getting me in for a last minute appointment. Jaas gave me a beautiful bob haircut to help me grow my pixie while still looking good. It’s hard to communicate exactly what you want with your hair and sometimes stylists have a different interpretation than you do. Critical: ValueI just felt cheated. I was quoted $230 and ended up charged $320. I understood that what I really wanted would come with multiple steps and that’s why I would have done it for $230 each time. Due to time, my hair was only blowdried with no style. From the beginning when Jason(who was kind and welcoming) answered the door, I felt at home. Mark was also very warm and took time to explain how he was going to cut my hair so that if I wasn’t ready for that, I had time to change my request. We were on the same page which was great! Mark cut my hair better than I was hoping and what more can you ask for. He was also easy to talk to. I would definitely go back for another cut.
