Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBooked 6 sessions and paid in full. Every time I came in no one knew why I was in the room waiting and what kind of treatment I was getting. Final visit was set at 6pm and they were very clear to not be late or miss my appointment. 30 minutes later still waiting for someone to do the laser service.Customer service is extremely poor, everyone seems so rushed to just get the laser treatment done so they can make the room available for the next client. Coming in felt like a constant inconvenience to the staff. I had anxiety having to come in for an appointment because of how I knew I’d be treated on the next visit. I walk in and the person just stares at me and looks down and continues writing and then asks me “you have an appointment?” without even looking at me. I called and asked if there was any way that they can reschedule and they said they “understood” but my session was lost and I could only get it back if I paid an additional $40 on top of the $325 I had already paid for. Additionally, they have a strange time policy, if you are late by a couple of minutes you lose time, there is no grace period, and they even take time away from the service when you are changing or they are still prepping the room despite you being “late”.They have terrible customer service and I do not recommend going here at all. I got 6 sessions of Shape Me. I needed to reschedule my last session for a medical emergency. I called and asked if there was any way that they can reschedule and they said they “understood” but my session was lost and I could only get it back if I paid an additional $40 on top of the $325 I had already paid for. After my sixth session I did not have any lessening of the hair. Yes, Laser hair removal works depending on your hormones but, I went to get laser hair removal in other parts of my body at a different place and saw the difference right away. The only place were my hair is still very dense is in my underarm area, but others parts is almost if not completely gone. Influencer, like Perla Montemayor Aka Perla Mont promote this place because she is a business partner and also gets a much more detailed service. Regular clients do not get much attention like her. Also there isn’t really any privacy since they house 2/3 people in the same room.
