I came across this Spa after my Lipo in February 2022. I thought after my Lipo I could go anywhere and get a massage. But those companies didn’t specialize in post surgical treatments. I started having harder spots pop up in my abdomen area. Let me just say the Owner knows her stuff, very knowledgeable, well trained and Licensed, Alyssia works there and is so great. This is my second treatment and I’m just know I’m going to love my results. Pics will come soon.

First time at relinquish spa and it was a wonderful experience. The young lady greeted me warmly, and I was immediately seen ( I made an appointment ahead of time). She took her time explaining the procedure (micro derm abrasion) to me, showing me the machince/wand before starting. She asked about my daily face care and suggested some great things to improve my own face care. After the procedure I was not rushed out, but was also given specific care for my skin and what was expected after the treatment. I enjoyed this experience completely and already made my next appointment

Tracey was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time getting a microdermabrasion and she made me feel real comfortable. The experience was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It burned a little after that day but the next day I definitely see a difference in my complexion. I’ve already scheduled my 2nd appointment. Definitely recommend Relinquishing Spa.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI really HATE to do this and will amend this review if anything changes for the better. I bought the Groupon for 3 treatments before COVID. I was able to do 2 of them, they were great, Tracy was great, and things were smooth. I reached out again on May 29 after some dust had settled, and it appears they had disabled the Groupon appointment item. I reached out via phone and email multiple times. I even bumped into Tracy in person once at Target and she invited me to make an appointment. However, I’ve reached out about 1-2x each month from May, June, July, and now it’s August. My voicemails have been nothing but courteous despite my disappointment that it’s been taking so long to get any response. I’ve been patient for 4 months, trying to tell myself over and again that maybe they’re just swamped, give them some time, it’s a pandemic, they probably missed the voicemail or need time to sift through…but at this point, after FOUR months…I feel like I will never get this appointment. So disappointed. I live so close to this place too. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a nurse and they don’t want a healthcare worker exposure. I understand if that’s the case, but they should at LEAST answer my inquiries as a customer and offer a refund. I was able to do 2 of them, they were great, Tracy was great, and things were smooth. I have been coming to Tracy Dunn for the last couple of years at Relinquish Spa. Not only is she so sweet , but she takes the time to get to know you personally . She’s very considerate when it comes to what your wants and needs are for your face and body. I 1000% would refer her and this company for any of their services . I’ve done almost all of them and see amazing results so I keep going back. The microdermabrasions facials are awesome and the cavaitions you’ll see great results .

Had 360lipo & BbL. I was having trouble finding a place to do lymphatic massages -post lipo massages and one night I found Relinquish and I’m so grateful!!! Sheri is so knowledgeable and adjusts treatment based on your needs. My recovery would not be going as well as it is if it weren’t for her.

It was ok. It was my first time trying the lipo cavitation. I do feel some tingling where the treatment was administered so I’ll keep you posted on my results. All in all the service was good. The facility was a little small but quiet and peaceful. The relaxing music did put me at ease. The staff was nice. I do wish she explained more about the procedure (what it actually does, diet, results, etc) besides me googling it but she did advise me to drink about 2 liters of water a day and no caffeine to get better results. I look forward to my future results! Thank you Groupon and Relinquish Spa!
