This salon is a cute location, but I have to brag about Stephanie Aragon. I am a brunette with thick hair and she lightened my hair enough to make it lavender. My hair feels good and looks great. If I interact with any of the other stylists they are so nice and pleasant. Great place! One more thing, if you’re looking for a barber in the area, this place has the first barber I have seen in a while. The set up is pretty nice.

Scheduling and customer service is horrible. My first experience was during 2020 for my WEDDING and when I showed up they didn’t “have me in the system” even though I got confirmation emails and I was getting married in a week and the only options they came up with was calling Brianne who I was scheduled with and told her I was her client she said she wouldn’t come in even though they said it was my wedding. They just said sorry and sent me away. I was just going to leave it and not even write a review because I was over it but fast forward this week and a couple months ago I’m still getting emails saying I have appointments even though I have sworn to never go there and tell everyone they are horrible. I try telling them again and again I’ve never made these appointments yet I still get “upcoming appointments” -10/10 save your time and effort!

There seems to be a problem with the scheduling system. I scheduled an appointment with two different stylist and the first didn’t confirm so I didn’t go. I scheduled with another girl and she didn’t confirm but I showed up and she had just started with a girl so didn’t have time for me. She offered me a discount to come back but isn’t willing to work with my schedule. I really liked the first girl she had cut my hair before but she never confirms my appointments.
