My first apt was a great success. I had a massage with Ty and left very relaxed and hopeful for future appointments. Went in for my second apt, 12:00 on a Sunday and was asked, “nobody called you?”. Apparently my apt was canceled and I didn’t receive any notification. Infact, I only received an apt reminder/confirmation notification just the day before! There was no sense of urgency about how inconvenient it was to make the drive there only to receive “sorry about that” kind of attitude.
