If you care about your business then you don’t brush off your potential clients when they have a concern. The owner did not put any effort into trying to resolve the issue. He instead got defensive and sensitive. A simple discount or something of that matter and an apology would have gotten them a good review.

Absolutely amazing. So pretty and luxurious inside and very clean and organized. Casey was absolutely astounding perfect amount of pressure the whole time, the lotion that was used was really high quality and smelled good without being over powering. All the staff working was so friendly and patient with me and my questions. Also very affordable. The temperature everywhere was perfect not too hot or cold in any room. Best massage place I’ve ever been to! They’re all licensed massage therapist so you know it’s a professional doing a great job.

When I walked in I was taken aback by how beautiful it was. I had the pleasure of getting a Swedish massage with Tracy. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This was my first massage and honestly I was just expecting someone to massage me. Not only did Tracy massage me, she listened to my concerns and pinpointed the stress and tension in my body. I am a server and I hold a heavy tray all day, I also had stiffness in my back from my sleeping situation( with a nursing toddler) and she focused on the parts of my body that are suffering. She also took the time to suggest stretches that will help me day to day. I am so grateful for Tracy. She helped me begin my self care journey.
