I have been going here on and off for about 10 years and I love it! That staff is so nice and they do my nails exactly how I want them every time. This time I got a set of acrylics and a pedicure before a bachelorette party. I just absolutely love the champagne gold color that they help me pick for my fingers and the flowers they added to my toes!!

This morning at 10AM I was the only person there.It was so relaxing! Mani and pedi done without feeling pressured or rushed. I’m so glad that they are open again! Totally recommend! Super cautious about keeping us safe with simple dividers between the customer and nail technician.

I’ve been going to the shop for years they used to be cool before the pandemic but it seems like now they are money hungry rude people. I will never return to the shop again. They will sit there and make fun of you in their language and walk away from you without even looking in your direction when they are done and then expect a tip afterwords. Then they’ll get mad at you if you don’t have a tip in cash, yet they offer an option to provide a tip with your credit card. Sounds like these people are scammers trying to avoid paying the IRS. If you’re looking to be treated rudely and unfairly come to this place if you’re looking to be treated like a decent human being don’t ever come to this place.

My favorite place to get my nails done in San Mateo. I get just a regular mani/pedi (not gel). The ladies in here are always sweet and speedy! I brought my mom here recently and we were helped right away, finished in a timely manner, and truly felt relaxed the entire time…plus our nails looked great! Definitely will be returning again.

This was anything BUT RELAXING. Been trying new places and saw good reviews so I decide to give it a try. While removing my acrylic nails the women helping me sanded my acrylics off and continued to grind it past my own nails, till my skin was exposed and burning. I made her stop and they discussed it amongst themselves and she attempted to continue till I got out of my seat. There was lack of communication and when I tried to talk to someone about what was happening and no one was addressing me I finally left…. Now I can’t even put nail polish on my nails because the raw skin under several of my nails are exposed. I don’t believe that the women who was helping me, knew what she was going AT ALL !! Horrible “relaxing spa.”
