I was so disappointed in my massage this time. When I was in the room they brought in the credit card machine. The masseuse wanted me to pay and tip upfront. So I gave her 16% which is $10 on a $60 massage. The lady said she wanted $20 and I would only get a soft massage (Swedish) if I didn’t tip $20. So I told the ladies that’s already 15% so she entered $15 for tip. I’m thinking I didn’t say $15 I said I’m already paying 15%. I’m thinking isn’t that something I get to decide not them?! This is the only massage place that makes me pay and tip before receiving services. You are tipped based on how good your service is so tipping 20% for unknown service is pretty high. So I said $12 which is a 20% tip. The girl that was suppose to massage me didn’t come into the room it was the receptionist. She had to go open the door during my massage. I basically got an elbow massage and at many times it was so painful I had to tell her softer. She didn’t seem to know the pressure points. When I called I already inquired about the hot stone combination massage. The lady said come in I’ll be waiting for you. I mentioned several times during my massage about the hot stone. She ignored me and said she doesn’t speak English. This is the same lady that answered my call and I’m pretty sure she speaks English. The towels she wiped me down with were cold. I don’t think I’m coming back she made me feel bad for tipping 20% for what turned out to be a not so great massage. I thought I was getting massage from the lady that said she would massage me but 20% tip was not enough. They should include their tip policy online so customers know what they have to tip to get a certain massage person. I came home and had to use my massage gun because I still had so many knots on my shoulder.

When we went for our scheduled time and were told to come back in 40 minutes and they didn’t even have us on a schedule. She said thank you and they would make it more special. We had an appointment for a couple massage. When we went for our scheduled time and were told to come back in 40 minutes and they didn’t even have us on a schedule. She said thank you and they would make it more special. Nothing of that sort happened. Didn’t even get a proper full body massage let alone the hot stone. I’ve been here several times in the past and had a great experience. Never again! On top we were asked for a minimum 10 dollar tip. Absurd!!!

I paid $40 for a 30 min chair massage and 30 min foot massage combo. I stopped by this location b/c it’s close to where I live. My experience was okay. It was clean and your normal “relaxation station” vibe. Nothing special. However during my hour there the lady doing my service kept answering phones, helping customers as they walked in, using her phone to call other workers etc. I felt that my massage was interrupted. She didn’t add extra time to my hour so I felt I was shorted time. THEN… I went to pay, I didn’t feel that a tip was appropriate. If anything I felt I should have received a discount due to the multiple interruptions… The lady looked and me held out her hand and said “why aren’t you tipping me?” WOW… just WOW… I don’t think I’ll be back, that made me feel very uncomfortable.

After I processed my own payment, she then takes me to a room and makes me wait outside while she cleans it, I get the cleanliness of it so I let it all go. She then leaves me in the room with no instructions at all so when she got back, she was annoyed I wasn’t derobed and under the blanket. She then tells me to derobe and I kid you not she walked in on me 10 seconds later and HEAVILY SIGHED that I wasn’t ready and proceeded to stay in the room as I continued to derobe which obviously made me uncomfortable. Once the message started it was all good until she started to hurt me and I vocally addressed it to her who in response kept saying my back was tight and I needed to relax as she was applying even MORE pressure. EVERYTIME I told her she was hurting me (more than the usual massage) she continued go keep going harder than before. She got so violent she actually legit started to punch my back as hard as she could to the point of almost winding me. In between the message she kept answering her phone which disrupted my relaxation even further. Towards the end, she burned me with the hot rocks and said “it’s ok, it’ll cool down” As we’re forced to make a payment before hand, I left immediately with no tip and as I’m ALREADY outside opening my car door, she literally runs out the store and after me to yell for a tip. The environment here is very clean, the masseuses are very enthusiastic, especially the shoulder and neck massage effectively relieved my fatigue, it is the best massage in my opinion, I will go again next time

It was a decent full body massage for the price. I tried them out because they were pretty close to the house and my regular place was booked up. The massage didn’t seem very focused on locations just kinda all over the place. I like my massuess to really focus on an area at a time and when they move on to the next area the area they completed feels completed. May try again if in a pinch otherwise I think I will stick to my other place.

Very nice ladies and atmosphere. My only comment my masseuse being interrupted twice in my massage to answer the door and phone. She did a great job working out my knots. Great price with coupon. I will go back.
