I receive messages regularly. Stopped in for a one hour message and the man giving me a message only used one hand the entire hour. I am pretty sure that he was not a professional. When it came time to pay for my service I left a $10 tip. Thinking that this person must really need the money. I was so disappointed when I was asked to give more of a tip. How ungrateful and unprofessional. He also began speaking to the other person working there in a language that I couldn’t understand. I really felt uncomfortable, as I felt he was complaining about me to his co-worker. I will not return.

So, I was reluctant to go in here as I always wonder how good it could really be if in a mall. I gave them a shot as I had incredible pain in my neck to the point where I couldn’t turn my head. I had a 40 minute massage and afterwards I felt great. I still was a little sore, yet I could actually move and felt great! I am so happy I went here and they were very friendly and accommodating. He really knew where to work the knots and the tightness out. I would recommend this place if in need of a good stress relief. I will visit again.

This is the second time I have purchased the Buy 4-Get 1 free massage package as a gift for a family member. I will never purchase another. They spread the cost of the four over the five gift cards. (Originally $69 per hour, but spread out over 5 is $55). When you present the gift card, it sends them all into a tizzy. The energy is that they are getting robbed of their commissions. It is very uncomfortable and makes us never want to return! Shame on you, Relaxing Massage, for bringing this attitude to your customers. I suggest that you consider finding a new way of handling your discounts so as to avoid showing your internal chaos to your customers.

I truly am so disappointed with this place! I just went there yesterday with my soon to be mother in law for a nice relaxing massage. While the older woman was giving me a massage, she asked me if it was good and then said “if it’s good, then give me a big tip” How unprofessional! They forced us to also get foot massages. When it was time to pay, my mother in law put $10 for the tip. The woman looked at the tip and said “that’s no good, $10 each is better”. I can not believe how unprofessional this business. I am shocked that they are able to get away with what they are doing

I went in asking to work on my left shoulder that was giving me trouble and not only did I not get that pain relieved, they bruised my right started hurting as well. Then after I checked out, they showed my receipt to every single masseuse there who berated me for not leaving a tip.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWe came to the Mall of America from Nebraska. My husband decided to get a 20 minute massage. We should have read the reviews. Obviously this place is making it by the tourists who don’t know any better. My husband is a very muscular man, he had a older female give him a massage. She stopped to answer her phone and proceeded to talk and massage him with 1 hand. They are loud and talk amongst each other in their language. She whispered in his ear a few times but he couldn’t understand due to the language barrier. After he was done he went to pay and she complained her hands were sore because she had to work harder because he was so muscular. The massage is $26 and he gave her $40, she said “ok thank you”. He asked for his change, she said they don’t have change although everyone pays with cash or card. He wanted to give her $8, and she said was it not a good massage and kept soliciting a bigger tip. She kept pointing at the sign for tipping. Now we know why the guy in front of us was confused when he was paying too. How do they get away with this?We came to the Mall of America from Nebraska. My back still hurts 24 hours later, not in a good way. I understand it’s a deep tissue massage, but……. Tension in my arms and shoulders were relieved somewhat. Worst of all is that I was pressured into leaving a larger tip.

What an experience, from the start it wasn’t a good massage at all I was receiving: I asked for deep tissue but he just barely pressed in my back. Second after the bad massage the woman at the counter kept saying you tip 15 dollars trying to make me add a 15 tip. You don’t force a customer to tip that’s not how tipping works. I still gave 10 cash which I shouldn’t have because it was a poor massage bad bad experience don’t come here
