Great service, yes they did answer the phone but it’s due short staffing. The masseuse was apologetic had a great spirit. Most of you complainers should visit one of those huge chain companies. I’m from Atlanta and visit VA Beach for work….fly into Norfolk and visiting this place is a must for the price. Will re-visit and recommend.

Massage was the best, the only problem they keep stopping your massage to answer the door and/or answer the phone and leave the door open. Hopefully no one walks by and sees my mostly naked body. Messes up the vibe and relaxation. I have been here several times (like I said massages are great) and had the same experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey only take cash and you must pay upfront. At the end they will demand for tip. They want $15 dollars for 1 hour massage and they will tell you if it’s not $15 exact and count it in front of you. They are also answering the phones while they are giving you a massage. No coming back to this place!!

Hands down worst experience ever. Went hoping for a relaxing deep tissue massage ended up with knees in my back and bruises. I have had many massages by professional business and this is not one. Not only pay up front but demand a tip afterwards. Came out in more pain than when i went in. They never check to see if I had spinal issues before literally walking on my back, this could cause serious issues for future customers. I would not recommend anyone going to this place. Was more of i needed pain relief right away and gave it a shot, worst thing i ever did. SAVE YOUR MONEY
