Typically I am not one to post negative reviews because I think that everyone should post positive reviews to help small businesses out in the area. However I scheduled two body scrubs at the facility and added on to 45 minute massages to follow the body scrubs. I found out the day prior at 2 o’clock in the afternoon that my sitter would not be able to get my daughter off the bus at 2:30. So I politely reached out to the company and let them know that I would have to cancel only the additional massage. However we would still be coming in for the scrubs. A woman named Debbie Decided to charge my card $65 for modify not cancelling my appt. I called to find out why they would charge me a cancellation fee when I did not cancel my appointment I just had to change the services that I was requesting to alleviate the time that I was able to spend at the facility. I would highly recommend that no one does business with this company and that no one even steps foot inside of the facility unless you’d like to be charged for things that do not fall under the criteria in which they state they have a policy for.

Amazing! Decided to treat myself to a 90 minute massage. The rooms are beautiful, Kristen is awesome, so nice and accommodating. Brit did my massage and it was phenomenal! She made sure the pressure was perfect and went out of her way to make me feel relax and comfortable! I can’t wait to go back!
