So I went to the baycity location yesterday…way different than the saginaw location. No relaxing music, way too bright. I can handle quite a bit of pressure need quite a bit right by my hips, but the lady was way rough. She used so much pressure that she was literally rocking the table. the way she threw my arms and my ponytail around to work around me I felt like a rag doll. My husband got one done right after me, he asked her to lighten uo, and sshe didnt. Next day I’m in so much pain I can’t move. Think I will just go back to saginaw from now on.

Critical: Professionalism07/17/21. Went in for a relaxing massage, I thought, walked in the older man had to wake up the younger man, full blown snoring, I layed down and no sooner He gets into the massage, The massage started to get lighter and lighter and repetitions then I heard a snork, I was pretty much done from that point, no tip here.
