If you’re looking for a calming soft massage I would go elsewhere. If you’re in pain and have knots that you need worked on, they are the place! They don’t speak much English but what they lack in words they make up for with their hands. They will find what needs massaged and focus on it without you saying a word. My massage yesterday was quite painful but it worked! I felt relief right away and today I feel even better. I would recommend this place to anyone who actually NEEDS a massage!

If a zero could be given then this place deserves it… I showed up to the mall at 10 am,which is thier posted opening time, to find a closed business. I called several times and waited until 10:30 and finally left. I called back later in the day and set an appointment for 2 people at 5:15 for a massage. When we showed up we were told it would be a 50 minute wait… I asked why and the guy walked around the shop asking other employees something in his native language. He came back, pointed at a chair and said “1 person, 10 minutes”. I told him that I had called and made an appointment. He completely ignored me and pretended like nothing had happened. Don’t waste your time or money on a place like this…

My niece calls this ” drool on your pillow” good massage. I get one monthly. Rarely wait more than 10 minutes without an appointment. Prices are good. Staff speak limited English so don’t expect great conversation. I prefer the silence of their Washington Street location.no mall noise there.

Web page says they close at 9 pm, we arrived at 7:45 pm. The gentleman at the counter was wanting our business, but the lady was yelling, “HOW MANY MINUTE ALMOST 8 O’clock!!” I turned, gave them my back and walked away.
