I’ve paid over $200 for a massage in the past and this place as far as the massage itself goes, is better. We did the couples massage for $140 & it did not disappoint. I’m giving four stars for the massage itself, my tech really focused on my sore areas and I feel so much better today. My husband enjoyed his too. We will definitely be going back! (Pics were taken after we had our massage so bed is a little sloppy)

Prices are good and everything that I’ve tried has been worth it. I get the foot reflexology treatment and 30 minute shoulder/upper back massage regularly. This is in the mall so kind of like a relax pitstop. The only private sessions are the full body massage so you will have neighbors.

Beware of Fraud at this location! The employee doubled her tip on my receipt. I know how much the charge was for the tip and the service, as I have my receipt. The massage was decent. I’m still sore 2 days later. But, I don’t appreciate the increasing of the tip on my receipt. That is fraud!

Honestly it was ok I still left with pain in my neck and lower back . I went and got a 60min table treatment that cost me $60. When I get done and ready to pay the lady that did the service had the nerve to ask me for a tip and when I said no not this time she shood me away. I want come back your not about to force me to tip you and the service wasn’t even all that no cap. That’s not how you do business.

My daughter and I dropped in for a massage. The lady that did mine beat me more than anything. I had to tell her 3 different times she was using too much force and was hurting me. My daughter said her lady didn’t beat on her. When we went to leave the lady got very upset with me when I didn’t leave a tip. She said the money for the massage was for the owner, she only got paid tips. I told her I was sorry about that but the owner should paid her I wasn’t tipping. Never again for me!!

I had a very weird experience here. I didn’t really know what to expect from a massage place in the mall, but the prices were good and I needed some lower back help. The place one smells of old food/fish which isn’t the best smell when your trying to relax. The guy took me to the table for my massage which was an office cubical with a shower curtain on the door. You could hear every other person getting a massage and the owners kids running around. It was very shady looking. My massage person was decent until I got up to leave. I realized this guy is no way over the age of 18 and I’m pretty sure you have to be licensed in the state of NC to massage people. I asked the cashier, but she seemed (or played) confused. I don’t like that I got massaged by a teenager without me knowing (since my head was down).

Went to the location in Hanes Mall near where Sears used to be and had Simon do a 30 min chair massage. I had shoulder surgery two months ago and the whole area is super hard from me tensing up. Very painful. I was actually in the mall in a lot of pain when I remembered this place and went right over.

This place is great for a quick 20 chair massage. I feel so much better after David gets all my knots out. I walk out feeling more relaxed and loose than after having an hour massage at massage envy. I wish my FSA plan would pay for this! It is totally worth it. And remember, you control how hard they press so if you can’t handle deep tissue then just ask them to lighten up. Don’t complain that it was too hard- just ask them to be more gentle.

I have been to this massage center a few times. The first time was pretty bad. Nothing but elbows. I figured that I might have had a bad massage therapist – so I gave them a few more chances. Every time, without fail, I have experienced a poor table massage. Poor customer service. They act like you are putting them out for requesting a massage. This place is the arm pit of massages. Run – don’t walk away from this place. I speak with authority, as I have experienced most of their theripists. If I could give zero stars then I would. I hope whoever reads this will be well informed.
