My favorite place EVER. First of all the prices are so affordable for what you get. The best for a student. The artistry is fantastic and I mean breathtaking. I get French tips pretty much every time I go but I like unique ones. Last time I got a double French tip. (Beautiful) this time I got a blue tip (two shades of blue) and flowers on top. Bella took time and made sure every detail was even and the way I wanted. I spent 2 hours here but my nails last over a month and look beautiful. It’s worth the time spent here. They are also very sweet and I love chatting with them each time. I will be back!

If I could I would rate a zero! Horrible experience. Left feeling dismissed with awful nails.. I was polite I asked before if they could do what I wanted, I was told yes. When I said something I was ignored twice. Then went to another worker. Was told not everyone can do that or shape nails! What? Wouldn’t you send me the person that could if that’s what I’m asking for and you’re saying yes. I have never complained ever in any business. I get it people have bad days but this is beyond. I asked if they could do designs. Was told yes didn’t pick design picked colors asked if that could be done was told yes. I like my nails very pointed that’s not how they came out they’re misshaped mismanaged and bumpy they’re even pointing different directions without a point. They didn’t care simple as that. I will post pictures to show this is sad and now I have to pay twice I have to go get my nails fixed by somebody else. Even offer to fix it or to take money off at all it was just by thank you for coming. Horrible horrible place which is sad because when I went in the first thought was what a beautiful place. Do not go they don’t care now care and keep up is expensive when you find a place you stay they shouldn’t even be allowed to do nails is something a four-year-old would do actually I think they could do better. The very colorful pic is what I asked for .. I even said something close would be fine.. the other are my nails! They are horrible.

i go here every time to get my nails done. it’s kind of a hit or miss, that’s why i rated 3 stars. i’ve noticed that summer and joseph both do an amazing job. joseph did mine today and i’m in love. he didn’t have the shade of pink that i wanted, but he made them look as close as he could. he also suggested that i try matte black, which it really pulls the whole look together! mine are the ones with the darker pink.

Sadly one of the worst manicures I’ve had. The person doing it rushed through its, cut me (you can see in the pic) and then filed off excess polish she got on my fingers (very painful!). I could paint my own nails better (and I’m terrible at it!). I had a great pedicure at the same place a few days before so it must be luck of the draw who you get.

Very nice upscale amenities, good color options, prices are fair. Although there are only a few people I have do my nails. Every place has their top notch staff and I can’t share my secrets as to whom my favorites are because then I’d never be able to get in with them on a minutes notice which is what I ALWAYS do!! Definitely recommend

Summer was great and my nails turned out perfect. Don’t bother with a reservation though, it took a half hour after our reservation to get seen and they seem to overbook themselves.

Called and scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a mani/pedi at 430 pm the following day. Showed up for my appointment at about 425, was told to pick a color and sit in the pedicure chair. No problem. Well, almost an hour goes by and I’m still sitting there waiting. They didn’t even turn on the water for me to put my feet in or anything. Didn’t reassure me that they would be getting to me soon. I got to the point where I decided to just leave because who knew how much longer it was going to be… which is a shame because I’ve heard good things about Relaxation, but this was a bad first impression. Don’t accept appointments if you’re not able to manage them professionally – it’s one thing to have someone waiting 15-20 minutes, but anything over 45 minutes is just unacceptable. Makes me not want to ever try coming back.

Took advantage of my teenage Granddaughter! Took her in for acrylic nails & polish. Had a picture, chose color. Signage says acrylics $30.00 , nothing about polish additional fee. Nothing said about “ coffin style” nails additional price. Operator said nothing about price being more than posted price. They got started, I left to run errand. She’s 14, not a child as I am often told ! Came back when she texted she was finished. $ 50.00 !!!!!! When asked polish is extra, shape of mail, extra, colored glue (??) extra. She had her Mom’s card to pay. They definitely took advantage of her because she was alone& was paying with “ plastic” !! You always have trouble understanding them, I’m sure she did also. Very poor business practice to take advantage of a young girl! People don’t go here! I will never again or any of my family & friends

I normally have a good experience here. Today the technician was in a bad mood and rolled her eyes when my friend and I wanted pedicures for $40. She was very rough with trimming my toenails and callus removal. Left my skin around my toes red & painful. I may not be returning.
