I needed a repaint for a wedding because my nails were chipping from a few days of use. I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to fit me in after about 10 minutes of waiting. The place was relatively clean, the staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The space was large and like no other nail salon I’ve been too. The best part to me was the dual hand and feet drying fans. If there was one local to my area, I would go there in a heartbeat.

Just recently moved out here and I’ve been looking for a nail technician and decided to come here. First it took over 2.5 hours to do Gel pedi and dip podwer mani (with tips). The woman kept messing up on the polish then she tried to give me the wrong color when I asked for Black. After the nails were on for 6 days they started to crack and chip. Its been 10 days and I had to take the nails off myself leaving 4 out of the 10 cracked across the middle. The vost was $95 and I tipped $15 even after the poor customer service. I do not planon going back ever.

By far my best experience in Suffolk. The staff is friendly and its fun to be there. They have talented nail techs that try really hard to make visions come true. They take appointments so you can avoid waiting. Very clean also.

Horrible experience, I went and the fire alarm went off for my whole pedicure and half of my manicure.which I understand it’s not necessarily their fault. Both of them were rushed and my manicure had bubbles in it, barely pushed back my cuticles and the paint job is subpar. I paid $53 and it wasn’t even a gel manicure! Definitely will not be returning

Worse place ever to go get your nails done. Polish does not stay on and they do the bare minimum for a ridiculous amount of money. Plus they do not understand appointments I sat in a chair for a 3:30 and someone else was taken before me that had a 4:00. Bad management. Go anywhere else but here.

Probably the most spacious and best quality nail salon in Suffolk county. I walked in and thought I was in the wrong place. With an all-white interior, this gorgeous salon has a huge selection of colors, a very cool fish tank, tanning services, probably 20 pedicure chairs and manicure tables, and even more employees, which is very uncommon. I was seated and helped immediately, taken care of by only one pedicurist and one manicurist (another rarity), both who paid keen attention to detail, and had the best free 10 minute foot and back massages I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Did I mention that they walked around with a server’s tray of free drinks and offered them continuously throughout the visit? Never have I experienced such a wonderful, reasonably priced service at a nail salon before. My gel manicure lasted over 2 weeks and my pedicure lasted about a month. For the service, you cannot beat the price. Can’t wait to come back!

My normal nail salon was booked so I tried this place. It’s local and has been there a while. I was up sold on the “callus eliminator” for an additional $12. My balance for a gel pedicure and the callus eliminator was over $60!!!! She never cleaned under the nails, she didn’t listen to my pleas to cut the nails shorter as they dig into me. Absolutely, positively the WORST job/experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Staff is rude, especially the lady at the desk. Horrible. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Made an appointment for the same day for a pedicure for my teenage daughter. When we arrived, instead of being taken at appointment time, we had to wait about 15 minutes to be moved to a chair, and another 15+ before we had a technician start with my daughter. Linda was nice, but made us feel VERY uncomfortable standing over us while we took out cash to pay, then stood there anxiously waiting for her tip when change was returned. This was tacky and unprofessional. We will certainly be looking elsewhere in the future, and only be using this location as an emergency backup. Hope with time it returns to what it once was! (Used to be wonderful!) This pandemic has wreaked havoc on everything!

Not what it used to be. As another comment said, don’t be fooled by the beauty of the salon. When I get my nails done here (dip powder or gel) it never lasts half as long as when I go elsewhere and I never leave satisfied. The service isn’t good. Not a good price for it either. Also, the workers aren’t friendly or patient. Actually, many are plain rude and cold. Will not be coming back
