I’ve visited this place many many times and never had a bad experience. I came in tonight and asked for 60 minutes. My son made a comment about 40 minutes. I told the lady no I want 60. I repeated several times I wanted 60. She said okay one hour? I said YES. Another lady came in about half hour into my massage requesting the lady who was working on me. My massage stopped 40 minutes into it. I said I asked for 60 minutes and the lady waiting goes “oh is she wanting more time now?” I said no it is what I asked for. She stops my massage goes and works on this other lady and has the man finish my massage for 20 minutes. He massaged the same areas I had already had done and to go from deep pressure like I had asked to barely any ruined the whole experience on top of just up and leaving in the middle of my massage. And the kicker? The lady waiting got a 10 minute massage. Couldn’t wait another 20 minutes for mine to finish? Unfortunately won’t be going back after tonight. Totally unprofessional

I LOVE this place! I never know when I’m going to have the time to get a massage, and I know I can always go here and get in within 5-20mins. Not only is it convenient, but they always do an AMAZING job! I have had massages from everyone that works there and have never had a reason to complain about any of them. If it were closer than a half hr from my home I would go there every week! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Just had the best shoulder massage I’ve ever had. If you are near Ontario I highly recommend going to the mall and visit Relax Zone. They take walk ins and it’s very very adorable! They have several different services. Amazing, I will be back!

I can’t even begin to tell how amazing the staff is here. The owner goes above and beyond. He listens and does what he is asked. He engages in conversation (while rubbing feet if you speak to him) otherwise he let’s you relax. He will push harder or lighter when requested, they gave great prices specially for quick and instant relieve. My daughter and I both go here every weekend when we can. The best time to go is mon through Thursday when they r less busy. There were some that worked here some years ago that weren’t so good, but these guys r great.

Over the years I’ve been happy with my service. Today was the exception. When I tried to give feedback while receiving service, language was issue. The newest gentleman has been good in the past but not today. Will try again and chalk up to him having bad day. Wish language wasn’t such a barrier.

Ming and Jun are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Best massage I have ever had!!!!! Open 7 days a week, no appointment needed you get what you pay for Did I mention they have a punch card? After 8 visits (which you will obviously do more than 8 lol) you get a free 10 minute massage! I highly recommended anyone who gets the chance to come out and experience the wonders of body relaxation, especially massages starting off $10 for 10 mins, and they always have special combination every day
