Critical: ProfessionalismPEOPLE BEWARE! Massage was EXCELLENT……BUT THEY ALTERED MY RECEIPT! My services was $85.00 and I gave a $15.00 tip so total should have been $100.00. RIGHT?? When I checked my bank account $200.00 had been taken out. I called chase and they said RELAX ZONE sent proof of the $200.00 charge. Which means they put a 1 in front of my $15.00 and changed my $100.00 into a $200.00. Even though I sent my receipt to CHASE they closed their investigation. I will now be changing banks AND As much as I ENJOYED RELAX ZONE IN ALEXANDRIA MALL I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I have NEVER written a review, but I’m so disappointed because I had finally found a massage place that I intended to return to many many years to come no joke their massages are AWESOME JUST MAKE SURE YOU PAY IN CASH!PEOPLE BEWARE!
