I have had reflexology before and what they did here was simply not foot reflexology. First the lady set the timer of which it started before she could even start my leg massage. Then she stopped way before my time was up. After I was done, I proceeded to pay, I split my payments cash & card as I was there with my friend who I decided to treat. I was very shocked when the lady refused to return my card for reasons known to her even after I tipped her 20% for a job poorly done. While waiting for my friend, I decided to pay as well and get it over with, so I gave the lady cash while she was still holding on to my card with her dear life. I had to remain calm and cool as a cucumber, I gave her the $10 in cash for my friend and since i didn’t have any loose change for tipping, she literally held on to my card& the $10 and insisted on being tipped even though my friend was not done. Thankfully I had another $5 and I asked her to take $2 and return $3 to me. Ha! This woman went to the back, came back and gave me back $2 and eventually gave me back my card. I will never go back to this place ever again . That was my first and last time there and wouldn’t dare fo back. They need to do better and stop holding on to people’s monies, cards etc and they need to stop forcing people to tip the amount they want and allow people to tip according to their ability to tip. This was a bad experience.

Me and wife went there for 2 10 min chair massages and after it was over we paid and tipped 20% which is about 4$ and the lady at the counter took my card and wouldn’t give it back until I gave her more money. She held my card In her hand and refused to give it back after multiple requests to give me my card back. I then had my wife call the mall security and once they heard that they gave me my card back

I bought several Groupon certificates for relax zone spa for my husband. He has always had difficulty scheduling appointments because they ask if you have a Groupon (leading us to believe that they use less quality massage therapist’s for Groupon clientele as the massages provided were not very good) then say nothing available for days. He made the first four appointments work even though they we not convenient. He was able to scheduled his last one for yesterday February 9th (the last day before his last Groupon certificate expired). His appointment was for 4:00pm he arrived before 4:00 and they said you have to wait a half an hour. Not happy but he was willing to wait as to be able to use the Groupon certificate before it expired. They said he can go in the room and lay down. He went in and he could tell the massage table was not cleaned with the towel all crumbled up and the towel in a ball. He asked the guy if they are clean and he said I give you clean paper towel over where your face goes into the whole. My husband said this is unsanitary and against COVID protocols. He asked for his money back and the guy said you deal with Groupon. I contacted Groupon who did the right thing and gave me a credit for my purchase price to use for some other deal I would like to. I will be contacting the department of health about my husband’s experience this facilities use of unsanitary conditions.

The best massage I’ve ever gotten- he really knows about the body and muscles and I felt like I was in such great hands. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy girlfriend and I visited Relax Zone on 5/27/2021. Upon arrival, an older employee was ASLEEP on a couch and about 30 seconds went by before he realized we were there. We requested 2 60 minute deep tissue massages with oil. Around 5 minutes in to the massage, my girlfriend began complaining about pain and asked the man to ease-up. The man disregarded this request and continued. The cries of pain continued for the entire hour and by the end, my girlfriend was crying and saying she was hurt. There was also alcohol on his breath, which would explain his completely unprofessional conduct. My girlfriend has bruises, and is experiencing more pain than before the massage. The man kept repeating “pain is necessary”, but we did not go there for Kung-Fu training. Even after all of this, the man still had the nerve to demand a tip for man-handling my girlfriend. I consider this an assault and the BBB, and Chamber of Commerce have been notified of this incident. Drunk old men have no business putting their hands on paying customers! My girlfriend and I visited Relax Zone on 5/27/2021. Upon arrival, an older employee was ASLEEP on a couch and about 30 seconds went by before he realized we were there. We requested 2 60 minute deep tissue massages with oil. Around 5 minutes in to the massage, my girlfriend began complaining about pain and asked the man to ease-up.
